Return, Refund & Size Exchange Policy – Zuzu Kids

At Zuzu Kids, we want every little one to feel comfortable and stylish in our outfits. Please read this policy before placing your order.

1. Size Exchange Window

You may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at samk64437@gmail.com.

2. Exchange Eligibility

Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Exchanges are subject to inspection and eligibility.

3. Size Availability

Size exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, our support team will contact you to discuss available options.

4. Exchange Shipping Charges

For size exchanges due to fit or size preference, the customer will bear the applicable courier charges. Zuzu Kids will coordinate the courier arrangement and inform the customer of the total applicable charges before booking. The charges may include both return pickup and delivery of the replacement item.

5. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or size preference. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, email us promptly at samk64437@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law. Zuzu Kids will cover applicable shipping costs for resolving issues attributable to damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products.

7. How to Request an Exchange

Email samk64437@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, received size, requested size, and reason for exchange.
Wait for approval and courier instructions.
Review the communicated shipping charges before confirming the courier booking.
Keep the item unused and packed with its original tags until the exchange is completed.
